Corporate Social Responsibility

The principles of ZÁÉV Construction co.ltd. are based on respect for the law, human rights, environmental protection, occupational safety, social responsibility, as well as national and international expectations.
In addition to the principles of business ethics, we pay great attention to the health, quality of life, well-being, training and development of our employees, for which we also provide various subsidies, as they are the driving force of our Company.

We also implement our commitment to social responsibility and the transmission of our values by supporting health care, culture and sports.

In close cooperation with the local organization of the Hungarian Red Cross, we organize and conduct regular blood donation. In coordination with the work and by considering the protection of the employees, we organize a blood donation campaign twice a year, for which we provide the venue as well. Our employees always take part in the event in a significant number, contributing to the healing of their fellow human beings with their selflessness.
 

Vocational education

Together with the operation of its legal predecessors, ZÁÉV Construction co. ltd. has been one of the leading construction companies in the country since its foundation in 1949. With high-level work, it shapes our built environment and everyday life from this time on. The Company’s area of operation covers the entire country. Its construction activity includes a wide range of facilities it has already built: from industrial halls, demanding thermal baths, modern residential parks, sports facilities to public institutions that require artistic work.
The quality of work at ZÁÉV co. ltd. has been recognized by professional organizations with high-level awards several times.
The aim of the Company is to fulfil its commitments with expertise, high quality and reliable work, on time, and at a favourable price.
The diverse and high level of proficiency, experience and the continuous professional trainings of the Company’s human resources, as well as the increase of knowledge, guarantee that Záév co.ltd. leaves a valuable built environment for its successors through clients.
Since its inception, the Company has been involved in professional trainings, including vocational training, technical training, student training, and adult training. In Zalaegerszeg and Nagykanizsa, about 70-100 apprentices are trained every year at workshops and various construction sites. They are the ones who - in all the professions of the construction trade group like masonry, tiling, carpentry-scaffolding, painter-decorator, and electrician - get to the vocational exam from the basics, with the guidance of their instructors and skilled workers: in their Training-Contractor Division, established a few years ago, they meet the requirements of dual vocational trainings with their practical construction activities.

Many of our apprentices take valuable results each year from various national professional competitions. Their achievements are recognized, rewarded and after graduation, the Company is happy to line them up.
